Payment Schedule
£100 per person on booking. 
The balance of the total cost 6 weeks before arrival date.

Reservations made within 6 weeks of arrival date should be paid in full at the time of booking. Cheques should be made payable to Kim Spice

On receipt of the Client's cleared cheque / Papal payment, a booking confirmation will be issued.

Booking Alterations
Accepted subject to availability - any request to alter or amend a booking must be made in writing.

Cancellation
The Owner reserves the right to enforce a cancellation fee. Upon receipt of the Clients cancellation letter the following charges will apply:
 
Cancellation more than 42 days prior to arrival date - 50% of the total cost
Cancellation less than 42 days prior to arrival date - 100% of the total cost

Cancellation by the Owner
If the Owner is obliged to cancel the Clients booking for any reason, all monies paid by the Client to the Owner will be refunded in full. This is the limit of the Owners liability

Cancellation by the Medium/Tutor
If a Medium/Tutor becomes unavailable for any reason, every effort will be made to find an equally well-qualified replacement.

Insurance
The Client is advised to take out adequate travel and health insurance to cover against injury, sickness and personal liability in respect of damage caused to the Property by the Client and all other members of their party.

Disclaimer
The owner cannot accept any responsibility for any personal injury or for damage to property belonging to the Client or any member of their party whilst using the Property.

The Owner shall not be liable to the Client for:

Temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the Property, nor in the respect of any equipment machinery or appliance.

Loss, damage, delay or injury that is the result of matters beyond the control of the Owner.

Missed, cancelled or delayed flights or transfers resulting in late arrival for workshops/seminars or resulting in a cancellation of the booking.

Every care has been taken in the preparation of this website. All details are given in good faith and are believed to be accurate.

The Owner reserves the right to change any details without notice.

Disputes that cannot be resolved between Client and Owner shall be resolved in the English Courts of Law.

Completion of a booking form/PayPal payment receipt acknowledges that the Client has read and accepted these Booking Conditions.

It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that all other members of their party are made aware of and accept these Booking Conditions.
